Through Tech UP, I gained useful insights from industry professionals and had the opportunity to attend courses alongside DSTA engineers. Combining this with a hands-on internship gave me a better appreciation of Singapore's defence technology ecosystem, and a clearer sense of the kind of engineer I hoped to become. Today, I'm proud to be part of DSTA full-time, continuing that journey.
