DSTA adheres to the BCA’s Security of Payment Act, which provides the statutory right to the payment and adjudication process for construction and supply contracts. FM contractors should raise queries on issues encountered at their regular meetings with DSTA.

Tapping IT for Facilities Management

DSTA has developed the IT-enabled Facilities Management system (ITeFM), a one-stop digital platform to strengthen FM governance and efficiency. FM contractors are strongly encouraged to tap ITeFM to submit work progress and eliminate laborious manual submissions.

Completed works are certified based on documented information (e.g. photos, QR codes and time stamps) submitted on ITeFM.
