Staff came together for the DSTA Innovation and Staff Dialogue Day 2025 on 20 November. Organised annually as part of DSTA’s innovation culture, it was an opportunity for staff to share, exchange ideas and be inspired.
Guest speaker Mr Piyush Gupta, former CEO of the DBS Group, shared his wealth of experience in driving innovation and journey in transforming the bank into one of the world’s most innovative.
The importance of having a culture of innovation was reinforced by Chief Executive Ng Chad-Son in his speeches, where he spoke about the need to sharpen our focus on agility, build on our collaborations, make mindset shifts, and keep innovation at the heart of everything DSTA does.
The programme featured an innovation showcase, where selected staff shared insights into the innovative projects they are working on.
The event was also an opportunity to recognise the contributions, innovative efforts, and service excellence of our staff in various areas.
