It was all sun, fun and games for over 2,700 DSTA staff and family members at the DSTA Family Day on 22 March 2019.

Welcoming the crowd at The Float @ Marina Bay, Chief Executive Tan Peng Yam encouraged everyone to enjoy the variety of performances, games and activities lined up for the day together.

The day’s programme was also planned in conjunction with Singapore’s Bicentennial. Besides taking the BalikSG Augmented Reality Trail along the Singapore River, staff also headed to the Asian Civilisation Museum for the ‘Raffles in Southeast Asia’ exhibition.

Principal Engineer (Enterprise IT) Simon Chan shared that the event was a “good getaway for the family.” He said: “It’s a unique location – you don’t always get a chance to be on the floating platform. It’s a great space for kids to run around.”
