Register as a Supplier
Some tenders may require suppliers to be registered to bid for the tenders.
Government Supplier
Under the Government Supplier registration, suppliers can register under a specific category of goods and services (referred to as Supply Heads), depending on the type of goods and services provided by the company. Evaluation will be based on the company's financial resources to undertake government contracts.
As part of the Government Supplier registration, suppliers are also required to be a GeBIZ Trading Partner. Interested suppliers may obtain more information on the Supply Heads and register online via the Gebiz website.
Building and Construction Authority Supplier
The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) registers suppliers of a construction and engineering nature. In order to take part in construction or construction-related government projects, suppliers must be registered with the BCA, unless otherwise specified in the tenders.
Suppliers do not have to be a GeBIZ Trading Partner in order to register with BCA. However, suppliers will need to be registered as a GeBIZ Trading Partner in order to submit quotations or tenders via GeBIZ. Suppliers will be able to obtain more information on the listing of registration heads and financial grades from the BCA website.
