A team of five robotics enthusiasts participated in the inaugural TechX Challenge organised by the Defence Science and Technology Agency. They are one of the nine teams that took part in the TechX Challenge Qualifying Round in May 2008.

The engineering feat, which took more than 10 years to complete, is the first large-scale underground facility to be designed and built within a highly urbanised area.
